Meal Plan: 05/01/16
I feel like it’s been soo long since I last posted… I’ve really missed it! BUT, I had a lot going on over the past month and as much as I would have rather been interacting with you, I had to make them my priority.
I took my Professional Engineering Exam on a Friday then, the hubs and I hopped onto a flight to Europe two days later to enjoy our ‘Honeymoon’. We’ve been married over 5 years but, never really went anywhere to celebrate. We spent 5 days in Paris and 7 in Rome – boy, what an adventure! And a culinary adventure, at that! Over the next couple of months, I’m going to share with you what I learned while exploring French and Italian culture and cuisine. So, get excited!
I have to say, if you ever get the opportunity to go to Europe, you must do it!!
Anyways, onto our Meal Plan for this week! It’s going to feel good to eat at home…

It feels good to get back into the kitchen! I took a note from my friend Stephanie’s blog, Mrs. Tea & Mr. Coffee, and prepped a few items ahead of time so that I’m ready for the hectic week!
